Flaking Mills

Flaking Mills are used in the oil seed industry to process pre-broken seeds for the downstream extraction process. The BAUERMEISTER Flaking Mills models ZWG 601, ZWG 703 and ZWG 800 are manufactured using a very massive and rigid welded frame. Flaking Mills have the option of Product overflow system(patented). Flaking Mills have Proportioned product feeding using a vibrating feed chute or a feed roll device. Separate hydraulic unit is present in Flaking Mills with hydraulic pump and control panel. Hydraulic cylinders in Flaking Mills transfer the contact pressure to the rolls. Roll nip pressure in Flaking Mills is adjustable between 50 and 80 bar. Rolls of Flaking Mills disengage when a foreign object passes.
