The primary function of Falling Film Chiller is to instantly chill the food-grade liquids which flows over the plates that will become an ingredient of a food product, or that will come into contact with a food product. It can chill fluids that may have an initial temperature of more than 35°C. This task cannot be accomplished in most conventional chillers.
